Hailing from South Africa, and being used all over the world, this great training aid, not only assists you with your passing, but also with kicking and lineout throwing. It is also serious fun.

We have 2 sizes:
- Size 4 – 12 year olds and below
- Size 5 – 13 year olds and up.
It is perfect for training indoors, and for group sessions, and you can use it on your own, or with friends.
